Paul Saran is a second-generation hotelier with extensive experience in site selection, feasibility analysis, financial modeling, operations and capital raising. He helped grow and manage his family’s business from one asset in Niagara Falls to 5 assets across several states. Having lived in NYC, London, Shanghai and Miami; Paul has developed a broad network within the industry and a deep understanding of global markets. Previously, he served as the Director of JLL Asia Capital Markets Shanghai, where he was involved in acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion across multiple asset classes and geographies. He is an active angel investor and advisor to several media and real estate startups, and is a member of REBNY, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce among others. He lives in Miami with his wife and young son.

Co-Founder
Sara Villarreal is a real estate investment and operations executive with a knack for problem solving, strategy, branding/marketing, asset management and investor relations. Prior to moving back to the US in 2021, Sara spent 16 years in Asia in various entrepreneurial roles. For 6 years, Sara helped lead Singapore-based 8M Real Estate, a commercial real estate operating company with AUM $900M+. As its Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw all corporate functions, asset strategies, governance and launched the hospitality vertical for the company. In China, Sara served as Head of Business Innovation at Value Retail, a large format retail developer and operator from the UK. Prior to that, she founded and operated one of China’s first multi-brand retail concepts, THE VILLA, which garnered numerous awards for ingenuity. Sara graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Accounting and extensive study of Mandarin. Continued education courses include including Financial Analysis for Non- Financial Executives at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Future Proofed Real Estate from Real Innovation Academy and ESG Investing from Columbia Executive Education. Sara is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the UTSA Embrey Real Estate Founders Council and on the Texas and Regional Board of Directors for KIPP Public Schools. She is also minority investor in the San Antonio Missions, a Double-A baseball team. Sara is an dedicated wife and mother, an advocate for sustainability and is passionate about giving back to her community.
